A bid buys placement on one public board. Higher bids rank above lower bids. If two bids are equal, the older listing stays higher.

Your position can move when another listing pays more. A bid does not guarantee traffic, clicks, sales or a minimum time at any rank.

Bids are one-time payments in whole US dollars. There is no subscription. Stripe processes the payment and the position changes only after Stripe confirms it.

If you raise the same listing, you pay the difference between its existing bid and its new bid. You must be authorised to submit and promote the destination.

Listings must point to a lawful, public product website or X profile. Shorteners, chat invitations, adult destinations, malware, impersonation and deceptive content are not allowed.

We may refuse, remove or correct a listing that breaks these terms, creates a security risk or infringes another person's rights.

A takeover costs twice the current top bid and locks the first page for three hours. Only one takeover can be live at a time.

If a takeover payment completes after its reserved slot is no longer available, the payment is refunded instead of creating an overlapping lock.

Do not interfere with the board, automate abusive requests or manipulate click counts. Aggregate click figures can include ordinary internet noise and are not audited advertising metrics.

We aim to keep Outrank available, but maintenance, faults and events outside our control can interrupt the service. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be limited.
