RULES OF
THE BOARD.
Outrank is one public list. The highest bid gets the top spot. Nothing else affects the order.
01 BIDS
- Whole US dollars only. The minimum bid is $2.
- Higher bids sit higher. On an equal bid, the listing that arrived first stays ahead.
- Taking #1 costs at least one dollar more than the current leader.
02 RAISING A LISTING
- Use the same product URL or X @handle to raise an existing listing.
- Checkout charges only the gap between the current bid and the new one.
- That discount belongs to the listing. A different product must fund its full bid.
03 WHAT CAN BE LISTED
- A public product website or an X @handle.
- Tracking parameters and fragments are removed before the link goes live.
- Shorteners, chat or invite links, and adult or NSFW destinations are refused.
- App stores, Play, GitHub and similar platforms include the path in their identity, so separate apps remain separate listings.
04 AFTER CHECKOUT
- A rank changes only after Stripe confirms a successful payment.
- Each outbound visit passes through a tracked redirect, adds one click, and continues to the clean destination.
- Bids buy public placement on a moving board. Being pushed down later is part of the service.
