When you bid, Outrank handles the submitted URL or X handle, bid amount, payment status and Stripe transaction reference. Stripe collects payment and customer details directly. Outrank does not receive or store full card numbers.

Outbound visits add one to a listing's public click count. We do not build individual click profiles. IP addresses are used in short rate-limit windows and are not written to the Outrank database, while hosting and security providers may record normal server logs.

We process this information to provide the service, fulfil bids, prevent fraud and abuse, resolve payment disputes, keep accounting records and meet legal obligations. These purposes rely on performing the contract, legitimate interests and legal obligations where applicable.

Stripe processes payments, Hetzner hosts the application and Cloudflare provides delivery and security services. Their privacy terms explain where and how they process information. We do not sell or rent personal data.

Public listing and aggregate click data remain while needed to operate the board. Payment, dispute and accounting records are kept only as long as needed for those purposes and legal obligations. Rate-limit entries are reused only within short fixed windows.

Outrank does not use advertising or analytics cookies. Stripe Checkout and essential platform services may use cookies needed for security and payment processing.
